• Play the famous Black Bear. 1 round flex start / tee times. There are no playoffs
• All amateur divisions will get a Preserve Championship Bokeh as a players pack
• Please check in 10-15 minutes before your tee time at the pro shop
• Minimum of three people on a card.
• Water plays as Relief Area (PDGA 806.04). NO STROKE. Play from where last in bounds
• Mixed Divisions will play MPO tees
• Women divisions will play FPO tees
• Ratings based divisions will play FPO tees
• Caddy Books will be updated when 2026 Black Bear layout is finalized
• Pro Payouts via Venmo
• If you do not have Venmo, please arrange alternative payouts during check in, or I will send venmo payout to your phone number.
• Am Payouts will be merchandise credit to Gotta Go Gotta Throw (In store or online) OR The Preserve Pro Shop
• We will apply the credits to your Gotta Go Gotta Throw account to the email you provide at registation. If you prefer payouts to the Preserve store, let me know during check-in

• Flex Start: Start anytime. Need a group? Come talk to us at HQ.
• Bring 2 putters or borrow from us.
• 20 stations. 2 putts per station.
• 1st Place Pro: $100

• Doubles Partners: Assigned randomly.
• Player Packs: All entries include an MVP Space Race player pack containing 2 glow discs.
• Disc Requirement: You must use only the discs provided in your player pack.
• Night Event: Bring UV flashlights or other means to charge your glow discs. Charge your glow discs before each throw. Avoid delays by ensuring your disc is charged. How many times can we say keep your discs charged in a single paragraph?… Keep your Discs Charged! That many.
• Course Atmosphere: Enjoy an intergalactic experience with a lit island hole, a Sarlacc pit hole (reverse island hole), and there may even be some extraterrestrial spectators.
• Prizes: Trophies for first place partners! However, the main focus is on having fun!
• Cancellation: Terrible idea, however because we pre-order these discs for the number of players attending, we cannot offer refunds. You may however allow someone to take over your registration.
• Can I just buy the Discs: No. If you are signed up, you are signing up to participate.

• Day: Flex start must have 3 registered players per card
• No card? No problem. Meetup/Shotgun: arrive by 3pm and we will card up and flight out!
